The Primary

King bed, balcony, a desk and its own bathroom.
A designer home for families and friends who want to slow down together, right on the old trolley line from the Cape Fear River to Wrightsville Beach.
Approximate drive times. We share the exact address once you book.
Over a hundred years ago, the Beach Car carried vacationers from downtown Wilmington out to Wrightsville Beach. Today that route is the River to the Sea Bikeway, and it’s about a block from our door.
Ride west to the Riverwalk or east to the ocean, then come home to a quiet street and a backyard lit up for the evening.
Bright open rooms, a kitchen island that seats four, and four bedrooms that each have their own personality. Hang out together in the big open space, and everyone still gets their own spot to crash.

Drop your shoes, beach bags and sandy towels in the mud room, the one with the beach and dune grass wallpaper. The kitchen, dining table and living room are all one big open space, so whoever’s cooking is still part of the fun.
Sliding doors open from the dining area to the patio, so dinner can move outside on warm nights.

The primary suite opens onto the front balcony with two hanging chairs. Its bathroom has a double vanity and a big tiled walk in shower.

King bed, balcony, a desk and its own bathroom.

King bed against a deep blue paneled wall, with a TV and desk.

King bed in rattan and soft greens with a surfboard overhead. It shares a bathroom with the bunk room.

Bunks, beanbags, a lounge chair, toys and a mini hoop over the door. Kids usually call dibs first.

Most nights end up out back. Putt a round under the path lights, get a cornhole game going, then grab a seat at the fire table under the pergola.
